Fathers Incorporated.
Our Mission.

Our purpose is to engage, equip and empower a community network of fathers and families by creating an environment of support, parental education, positive societal narratives and a father-focused blueprint to elevate the awareness of responsible fatherhood.

About Us
Fatherhood and

Life Skills

We work to strengthen community and family infrastructure by encouraging the positive involvement of fathers in every aspect of a child's life. Our work makes a significant contribution to families by working "with" fathers, speaking on "behalf of" fathers, impacting lives "through" fathers and serving our community "as" fathers.

Our Work.

Raising Awareness

We work through the use of innovative social marketing and multi-media platforms, traditional communications, and product development. We seek to expand the range of work in the fields of comprehensive and non-traditional family service models.

Our Impact.

Stronger Families

Fathers Incorporated will work to change the current societal and cultural definition of family to include fathers. Our focus will raise the awareness about, and combat the impact of father absence.

Drive to Five

Drive to Five is a campaign launched by Fathers Incorporated. Our mission is to elevate the importance of father involvement for children 0-5 years old by advancing an informed conversation, evidence based practices, effective engagement and a positive narrative of fatherhood.

The campaign design seeks to reduce father absence by engaging dads at the early stages of their child’s development, which makes them more likely to continue their involvement through all of the stages of their development.

Our Children - Our Future

Research shows that children with involved, loving fathers are significantly more likely to do well in school, have healthy self-esteem, and exhibit positive social behaviors compared to children with uninvolved fathers. In addition, committed, responsible fathering during childhood has been shown to contribute to children’s math and verbal skills, curiosity, and emotional security.

Fathers Incorporated works actively and diligently to involve fathers in the lives of their children through a variety of programs, activities, training, technical assistance, and cause marketing media campaigns.

Why Responsible Fatherhood?

Customer Testimonails

As FATHERS we have an OBLIGATION to leave our children legacies that benefit the children of our children's children.

Customer Testimonails

There's so much negative imagery of black fatherhood. I've got tons of friends that are doing the right thing by their kids, and doing the right thing as a father - and how come that's not as newsworthy?

The principles of LOVE, HONOR and COMMITMENT mirror that of our earthly fatherhood responsibilities.
