Tracy Braswell
Chief Operating Officer, Fathers Incorporated
Tracy Braswell serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Fathers Incorporated, providing innovative leadership and management that is in alignment with the organizational mission and core values. She ensures the agency maintains proper operational infrastructure of its systems, processes, and personnel.
Shani Treece
Chief Financial Officer, Fathers Incorporated and Contract Compliance Manager, National Responsible Fatherhood Clearinghouse
Shani is a seasoned fiscal administrator with over 20 years of experience in the management of fiscal operations. Her experience includes a proven record of accomplishments in the fiscal and project management, budgeting, contract compliance, internal audit, accounting, contracts/grants management, financial analysis and forecasting and fiscal program review. She has been a part of the Fathers Incorporated team since July 2014.
Lawrence E. Wilbon
Outcomes and Virtual Community Coordinator National Responsible Fatherhood Clearinghouse Business Development Manager, Fathers Incorporated
Lawrence Wilbon serves as the Business Development Manager for Fathers Incorporated. With over 20 years of non-profit experience, he is tasked in assisting the organization with funds development and strategic partnerships. Prior to his current position, he has served as an executive director of a local non-profit. He is married with two children and reside in the Metro Atlanta area.
Nigel Vann
Nigel Vann, Product Development Lead, National Responsible Fatherhood Clearinghouse
Nigel has worked as manager, trainer, and consultant with fatherhood programs since 1988, including major projects in the US and UK. He has been with the National Responsible Fatherhood Clearinghouse (NRFC) since 2008 and Fathers Incorporated since 2016. He oversees development of NRFC products and webinars and is the main author of the Responsible Fatherhood Toolkit.
James Worthy
Outreach Coordinator, National Responsible Fatherhood Clearinghouse
Mr. James Worthy is National Consultant, Family Advocate, Business Developer and Trainer. Over the past 2 ½ decades he has provided or managed direct services to nearly 10,000 of Maryland’s most disenfranchised residents and provided training to nearly 5000 Human Service Practitioners Nationwide. He’s an Outreach Coordinator with the National Fatherhood Clearinghouse
Javin Foreman
Project Director - Gentle Warriors Academy
As Project Director of Gentle Warriors Academy, Javin Foreman brings focused experience working as a youth development practitioner in both Chicago and Atlanta. He led programs for the Illinois Department of Human Services and Chicago Public Schools as a program manager. A graduate of Morehouse College, he is the proud father of 1 daughter and 2 sons.
David Miller
Social Media Consultant, National Responsible Fatherhood Clearinghouse
David Miller has been a trainer and curriculum consultant with programs focused on men and fathers since 1990. This includes extensive work in Africa, the Caribbean, and Canada. He has been a social media content expert with the National Responsible Fatherhood Clearinghouse (NRFC) since 2008.

Hailing from Savannah, Georgia, I was a distinguished high school athlete who later had the honor of playing Division 1 football in college. Upon obtaining my degree in Behavior Analysis, I relocated to Atlanta where I've spent the last 8 years coaching little league football. As a dedicated defensive coordinator, I've contributed to the development of nationally ranked teams, demonstrating my passion and commitment to shaping the future of the sport.
Rodney Kellum

Former Division I basketball player turned Fatherpreneur loves teaching life using the game of basketball as a powerful tool. Now a father of three, Rodney spends a majority of his time coaching and teaching grades four through twelve how to develop a winning mindset while giving there very best on and off the court.
Darrell V. Freeman
Outreach Coordinator
Darrell is the Lead Outreach Coordinator for Fathers Incorporated. He graduated from Moody Graduate School on the Dean’s List, Chicago, Illinois; Cairn University, Langhorne, PA with High Honors and West Chester University, West Chester, PA. He is the author of 10 books and curriculum.
Azeema Fatima
Lead Graphic Designer
Azeema Fatima has been working with FI's creative team for over 7 years. She has more than nine years of experience in creative direction and a degree in ICT with Visual Communication Major. Ms. Fatima is responsible for our organization's marketing approach, brand design and development needs.
